The 2.4-liter Oel Z24SED or LD9 engine was produced from 2006 to 2011 and was installed on two popular concern crossovers - l Antara and Chevrolet Captiva. This power unit was the heir to the engines of the 70s, but with a completely new cylinder head.

The Z family also includes engines: Z20LET, Z22SE, Z22YH, Z28NET and Z32SE.

The engine was installed on:

• Oel Antara A (L07) in 2006 - 2010;
• Chevrolet Captiva C100 in 2006 - 2011.
